Starting the season with being traded wasn’t on my bingo card but it’s a part of being a professional athlete. When I landed in Boston, I never expected the warm welcome I received, and being taken under the wing of my new team captain and his right hand man, has made the transition even easier.
A new team means my focus needs to be on the game but that all goes out the window when I see the brunette with a camera attached to her hand. I’m intrigued by her even though I shouldn’t be.
When she needed help I stepped in. The plan was to make everyone believe we were together. That was the easy part.
