REFUND POLICY
All items are final!
If you think that the product does not uphold to the quality expected, please contact us via the contact form within 3 days of the delivered date. Be sure to include your name, order number, issue with the item, and the best contact e-mail to reach you at. We will review the issue and consider providing a replacement on a case-by-case basis.
PLEASE NOTE - This does not guarantee that a replacement will occur.
If we consider providing a replacement, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. If it is apparel, it must be unworn, unused, and tags must be attached. Everything must be in its original packaging, or we will not proceed with replacement. A receipt and/or proof of purchase must be attached as well.
PLEASE NOTE - The following items cannot be returned or replaced:
Blind dates with a book
Custom merch (including stickers)
Special orders
Preordered titles
Subscription boxes
BOTM specials
Personalized items

DAMAGES
PLEASE NOTE - Damages can happen with shipping. These are out of our control. We do not offer any refund or replacement for the following damages due to transport -
Minor corner dents or slight spine damage.
Water damage from a package being left in the rain or snow.
Light scratches or marks on the front or back cover.
Cosmetic imperfections under 2 inches.
We review each book prior to shipping to ensure that there are no pages missing, misprinted pages, deep scratches, torn papers, or cosmetic imperfections larger than 2 inches. We take pride in how much love we pack our packages with. We care for each book as if it were our own.
NOTE - All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis as inventory allows.
