Shipping Policy

Regular orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Preordered titles, as well as any made-to-order items, will begin to ship out as indicated on their product description. If we happen to get the inventory sooner than the date listed on the product description, then we will ship them out sooner.
If your order contains a preorder item, then the entire order will be shipped together. If you are not ok with this, then 2 separate orders must be placed.
OUR FULFILLMENT POLICY
We use USPS and UPS (domestic only) as needed.
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
You will be notified that a shipping label is created. This does not mean your order has been shipped. Once your order is dropped off to the courier, you should receive a tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE - tracking numbers that are not being updated are due to courier issues on their site. We do not have control over those updates.
SHIPPING METHOD
We only ship within the US at this time.
All orders have a flat-rate shipping fee. This will be shown to you upon checkout.
Shipping times vary, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Bloom & Spine Co. LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or delivery interruptions.
If there are any delays due to natural disasters prior to shipping, we will be sure to update the website and all of our social media accounts. Make sure to follow us there so you don’t miss an update. You can also contact us via the contact form. Be sure to provide your order number and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
If you live outside of the US and want an item in our shop, please contact us directly via our contact form. Be sure to include your name, the item that you are requesting, your mailing address where this package will be going to, and the best contact e-mail to reach you at. We will contact you back once we know how much shipping would cost. If you agree with covering the shipping cost, we will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we will fulfill your item request.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bloom & Spine Co. LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Any packages that are sent back to us due to an incomplete address, we will contact the purchaser via e-mail to the e-mail we have on file. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any return shipping cost as well as a new shipping cost. An invoice will be sent for this fee. If the purchaser does not pay the fee or contact Bloom & Spine Co. LLC within 48 hours of the invoice, the invoice will be canceled, and the order will not be resent or refunded.
If your package shows as delivered, but you cannot find it, please allow 48 business hours. Sometimes USPS and/or UPS will mark it as delivered early. If the package still has not shown up after 48 business hours, please contact us at info@bloomandspineco.com within 3 days of “delivered” status.
We are not able to help with any packages outside of the 3 days ”delivered” status window.
